Senior Adults
What Does the J Offer Senior Adults?Are you looking for fun, exercise, education and a chance to meet great people? Come join us for the LJCC programs for adults & seniors. We offer you programs that will fill your social, educational, recreational and cultural choices.
The JOY Club is our senior adult program that offers daily activities including Monday Movies, Game Days, Tuesday lunch & program, senior exercise and more. We also have the Magic City Alta Cockers which is the Birmingham chapter of the Red Hat Society for ladies over 50, computer classes, International Folk Dancing, the Circle of Life Knitting Society and more.
