Whether you're training for a race, an event or to be stronger and feel your best, our professional fitness trainers are here to help you set your goals and attain them. Using the services of a professional trainer is the best way to maximize the benefit from your workouts. Trainers can evaluate your current status and teach you fundamentals of exercise technique, as well as recommend particular exercises specific to your needs. Some members schedule an occasional session just to learn new exercises to keep their workouts interesting or work around an injury.
Our clients run the gamut from school-age children training for sports to seniors who aspire to get stronger and improve their posture and balance. In addition, we can design special training programs for recreational sports from skiing to surfing. One hour, one-half hour and buddy sessions can be scheduled.
The professional fitness trainers at the LJCC are credentialed by organizations recognized by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and attend quarterly in-house continuing education seminars.
