Class Descriptions

The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!                                                                

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.  Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.  Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!  50 minutes for RPM.  RPM PLUS! is a 60 minute class.                                                                                                                           

BODYFLOW™ is the yoga, tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Controlled breathing and concentration work together with a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses.  Set to music, this workout brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.  55 minutes.                                                             

BODYSTEP™ - Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.  Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.  55 minutes.                                                                                                                              

Freestyle Cycle - Group cycling on stationary bikes.  Non-competitive atmosphere where beginners to experienced exercisers work at their own pace by varying resistance and speed.                                                                                                                                    

Water Fitness - Join us at the pool and an instructor will lead you through a series of heart pumping drills using the resistance of the water.  Water exercise builds cardiovascular endurance, improves strength and flexibility, as well as improving or maintaining body weight and composition.                                                                      

Yoga - Combine mind, body, spirit, and breath to develop strength, balance, and flexibility.  Deep relaxation at the conclusion of each class.  60-90 minutes.                                                                    

Vinyasa Yoga - A flowing, strengthening, and challenging yoga class that focuses on breath, alignment, and movement quality.  Level II is more advanced, for participants who have attended previous Vinyasa yoga classes.                                                                       

Gentle Yoga - Perfect for beginners but good for all levels.  Includes 10-15 minutes of verbal discussion /instruction then teaches you the foundational moves you see in yoga classes.                                                                     

Pilates - Pilates moves and muscle toning with weights, rings, tubing and resist-a-balls for body shaping head to toe.  55 minutes.                                                                                                                                        

Senior Fitness - Senior adult movement class, using full range of motion while standing and / or seated in chairs.                                                                

Light Aerobics - A light aerobics class that emphasizes low-impact aerobics and step for endurance, strength, and flexibility.  Enjoy our easy listening music.  

COREFIT- workout is a happy hour led by inspirational instructors and music that motivate you to greater total body fitness.  A generous pour of Pilates, splash of yoga, blended with low-impact concentrated movements and immediate muscle stretching segments.  You will use all the tools of the trade, small playground and big stability balls, stretching strap, hand weights, yoga mat and many more.  The results are intoxicating!         

SH'BAM is the newest cardio dance program from Les Mills! Featuring simple but hot dance moves, it’s the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star-even if dance isn't your thing! 45 min,free to members

 Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere..

 CXWORX is the revolutionary core training program. Think of it as a Group Personal Training session! This 30 minute intense workout will tighten and strenthen your core, improve functional strength for mobility and promote injury prevention.  It will help you run faster….play harder….stand stronger! Set to music this class is 30 min.      

 J Cross Train is a different trainer inspired workout. No workout will ever be the same. Burn calories, build strength, and develop cardiovascular fitness all in one workout! We promise you, you'll never get bored. Open to all and ALL fitness levels are encouraged to attend. 55 minute full class (40 min Thursday 9:05am)    

 CORE BARRE promotes high energy, low impact, and fat-burning movements based on Pilates, classical ballet and athletic conditioning. Core Barre creates effective and safe movement where body strength and awareness are increased as well as joint flexibility, proper posture, stability and form. This unique workout is geared to all fitness levels! 55 min. $ (see web to sign up and for price packages)

PRENATAL YOGA is a great way to cultivate strength, flexibility, and stamina - all of which will help you feel great throughout pregnancy.  Along with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, the class focuses on poses that help ease the discomforts associated with pregnancy.  It will better prepare the body for childbirth.  Free to members $12 for non-members.
