Enjoy a 8-week team and group-based fitness program centered on fun. Itís a program that will challenge you and commit you to making a change. Youíll be one of a team of recruits led by LJCC BOOTCAMP personal trainers, who will take you through intense physical training, exciting workouts and other challenging fun drills.
This Boot Camp offers a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, control of excess body fat and personal appearance. Each class is 60 minutes of intense cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, and strength training exercising.

How fit do I have to be?
As long as you are not totally de-conditioned, you'll be just fine, because the program is designed for various fitness levels using team and individual exercises. LJCC BOOTCAMP is designed to gradually and safely increase the exercise intensity over a eight week period.
What kind of results might I see?
We will measure your fitness at the beginning and end of the program. You can expect to see improvements in strength, cardio-vascular fitness and self confidence. You may see fat loss and other changes such as a reduction in stress, better sleep habits and a heck of a lot of compliments coming your way!
Who are the instructors?
All of your LJCC BOOTCAMP instructors are Certified Personal Trainers.
Why is LJCC BOOTCAMP a good way to improve my fitness condition?
At LJCC BOOTCAMP every workout brings new physical and mental challenges. The best way to condition your body is to "shock" it by doing different exercises which is what you will do everyday at BOOTCAMP.
How many "recruits" are in each LJCC BOOTCAMP ?
It varies, between 3-8. No matter the size of the group, individual instruction is
part of the program!
What should I expect at LJCC BOOTCAMP?
Every workout is a different challenge. Here are some of the things we do:
weight/strength training with weights and tubing, cardio drills and challenges,
core conditioning including abdominal/lower back, calisthenics, stability training,
agility training, plyometrics, obstacle courses and much more. We use a wide variety of training techniques to make it fun for you to get fit! Every class will be fun, challenging and different, but NEVER boring! This complete training method will provide you the opportunity to attain total health and wellness.
How do Fitness Boot Camp trainers keep recruits motivated?
Motivation is probably the biggest key to your success. Each workout is continuously altered to keep recruits' motivation levels high. No two workouts will ever be the same! Not only is this the mark of a well-designed program, but it also prevents the boredom that many people experience after committing to a long-term fitness regimen. Each Fitness Boot Camp recruit starts and finishes together. This bonds individuals into a group, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program.
