Are you looking for fun, exercise, education and a chance to meet great people? Come join us for the LJCC programs for adults & seniors. We offer you programs that will fill your social, educational, recreational and cultural choices.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 8:15 am for Sarah's Light Aerobics. This class emphasizes low-impact aerobics and step for endurance, strength, and flexibility. Enjoy our easy litstening music.
Are you interested in theater? Theatre LJCC has a great year lined up for you.
Are you looking to do a mitzvah? Learn to make scarves and shrugs for hospital patients in our Circle of Life Knitting Society
We're playing mah jongg every Tuesday and Thursday, come join us!
We're dancing circles around the world. Come join us as we learn International Folk Dancing in the evenings.
Hate to watch movies alone? Want to see the latest releases? Join us for Monday Movie Matinee.
Our senior adult group is called the Joy Club. Come join us! Imagine the camaraderie and fun you will enjoy as part of our weekly Canasta, Bridge and Mah Jongg games played at the JCC. Are you an active senior? We have a variety of activities from exercise to trips, luncheons, AARP meetings, special classes and Bingo that you can share with other active senior adults.
The Adult Department would like you to come be a part of our educational classes, both Jewish and secular. We have monthly art exhibits, International Folk Dance, Mah Jongg classes, field trips, computer classes, the LJCC Book Club, Art House films and many other exciting opportunities.
Looking to get involved at the LJCC? Volunteers are a major factor in our daily programs, and we have a volunteer job just right for you! Many of our programs run smoothly because of our volunteer efforts, call us so we can match your interests to our volunteer needs.
