Circuit 1 Leg Circuits
Squats x 24
Alternating walking lunges x 24
Bench shuffles x 24
Jump squats x 12
Complete 1-6 rounds Great for ski training!

Circuit 2
Bench press x 10-12
Standing over-grip pulldown x 10-12
Cable chop high to low x 10-15 each side

Circuit 3
Walking plank x 5-10 each side lead
SB back extension with tubing x 8-12
