Circuit 1
Cable hip abduction x 30 each side
KB or DB 1-leg deadlift x 12-15 each side
Stabilization pushup (or your pushup of choice) x 10-20
Reverse grip BB row x 8-12
Dead bugs (choose your level of difficulty) x 10 each side
Circuit 2
Bench step-ups (add weight if desired) x 10-15
Walking plank x 10-20
Bicep hammer curl x 8-12
Cable tricep extension x 10-15
Circuit 3 (optional power moves)
Bench shuffles x 20
Rotational jump squats x 10 each way
1-leg bench jumps x 10 each side
Skaters x 10 each way
