The LJCC is proud to offer one of the finest and most diverse group fitness programs in the city. Because we recognize that many people feel more comfortable exercising in a group setting, we have developed a schedule that is efficient, effective and motivating. We have a team of highly certified and qualified instructors whose mission is to help our members achieve their goals and achieve greater fitness in a relaxed, comfortable and fun setting.
Our program is specially designed to cater to all different levels of fitness, and we work together to create an environment that is encouraging, positive and non-competitive. You don't need any prior experience to participate in our classes, and it doesn't matter how out of shape you may feel, you will leave our classes feeling healthier and stronger. While progress takes time, our team will be with you every step of the way.
With offerings ranging from traditional yoga and Pilates to Extreme Water Workout, and everything in between, you are sure to be able to find classes on our schedule that will be both enjoyable and beneficial. We have awesome programs for kids and seniors, as well as plenty of mind/body, strength and cardio programming. We are also proud to offer the Les Mills brand of world class group fitness, including BODYPUMP™, BODYSTEP™, BODYFLOW™ and RPM™.
