On February 2, 2012 the Alabama Association of Nonprofits, in partnership with the Alabama Broadcasters Association, is taking one day to harness the power of individual contributions statewide. Never before in our state have Alabamians had the opportunity to come together in such a unique and synergized way to support hundreds of nonprofits like ours during a dedicated day of giving.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (January 6, 2012) -  The New Year kicks-off Ovarian Cycle’s 5th ride in Birmingham, an annual indoor cycling event whose proceeds fund the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund and the Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation. The Birmingham ride has contributed more than $200,000 to Ovarian Cancer Research.  Save the date for this year’s “Ride to Change the Future”,  Sunday, February 26.

 Thanks to all those who voted for us in Birmingham Magazine's "Best of Birmingham" contest.  The J was the winner for  Best Outdoor Pool, and was a finalist for Best Gym & Best Hiking/Biking Trail. We appreciate the love from the Birmingham community!
